The VisionGlide™ Side Folding Grille has an exceptionally lightweight design. This allows it to be installed in interior spaces that can’t accommodate a traditional grille. Thanks to a low-hanging weight, it can be installed in locations—such as areas with complex ceiling fixtures or lighter framing—that can’t accommodate a traditional overhead door or grille. The system operates as an effective traffic barrier, well-suited for separating spaces in offices, hospitals, and lobbies without compromising the open feel of the space.

Engineered for a clean, open-air aesthetic, the curtain is constructed from two primary components. The vertical system consists of 5/16" diameter aluminum rods on 3.5" centers, while the horizontal chains are formed of eyeletted aluminum links spaced 12" apart. This design requires minimal headroom clearance and stacks compactly, preserving the clean lines of the ceiling. For dependable security, the grille features standard hook bolt locking, and the link spacing can be specified to meet your desired balance of visibility and protection. Standard clear anodized components provide a durable finish, with optional color anodizing and custom paint available to match any interior design.
